Texas Outlook

We can predict the future of America by looking at the demographics of Texas. This is very frightening. Immigration is making America go backwards as far as education, ranking Texas in the lowest.
Hispanics have the highest birth rate and still growing rapidly. Can’t you see a pattern here, almost half the population in Texas is undocumented immigrants, more than any other state. These immigrants hold the lowest education level and yet they keep producing more and more children many before they are 18! Not only that but Hispanics are undoubtedly the largest segment in poverty in Texas. And guess who’s supporting them.

Sure, they provide cheap labor but is it really worth the other costs that are coming with it? Texas is beautiful and one of the largest states, we should want it to be a leader and be a model to other states. One major issue is healthcare, I hear advertisements on the radio all the time stating that half of Texans are uninsured. It is true that Hispanics are the highest rate lacking medical insurance. They are providing cheap labor for us but in the end we aren’t really benefiting. Being medically uninsured drives up the medical costs for everyone else. Texas needs to enforce it’s employment laws and go after employers who are taking advantage of their workers not giving them benefits and paying them poorly. Housekeepers are very popular in Austin and me being an on call nanny see it everyday. These illegal immigrants who can’t speak an ounce of English come in to their homes and clean for 3 or 4 hours and only get paid 40 bucks.

Education is very important not only for us but for our children because they more educated we are the higher standard of living we will have. Education spending has rapidly increased but yet due to trends in immigration the money spent is not improving average education of America. Hispanics rank among the highest in birth rates. More immigrants mean more poverty and a larger welfare state this could be one reason Texas is ranking so low.

Texans need to be angry and stand up to Washington DC and their failure to follow through the will on immigration. It’s time we get serious, build a wall and deport all illegal aliens and put a stop to the overflow of low IQ legal immigrants as well. Texas ranks last or close to last in education, voter turnout, and healthcare. Many Hispanics have lived here in Texas for years and still can’t speak English, shame on them. We shouldn’t be changing our advertising signs, television channels, music, and our language. Our borders need to be tightened!
